I’ve seen the best and the worst of the old and the new world and I know how to navigate both: I bring structure to unnecessary chaos and challenge processes that only slow us down; I challenge leaders to run companies with purpose and I help teams to develop a 21st century mindset.
What my previous brands (Dove, Axe and Airbnb) have in common is a desire to add value to people’s lives and communities, coupled with a passion for creativity. For me, taking a bolder, more creative approach is always more effective, more rewarding – and more fun – than playing it safe.
